9/27/2009 – “Love Letters”

TEXT:

SUMMARY: You ever been separated from your special loved one and found the only way to communicate was through letters? How precious were those love letters when they arrived? Remember that as we consider God’s love letter to us — the Bible.

APPLICATION: How we view the Bible has a profound correlation to how we let it impact our lives. We’ll talk about that today.

9/20/2009 – “Just Talk”

TEXT:

SUMMARY: As we continue looking at our relationship with God through Jesus Christ in terms of lovers, we look at the idea of communcation — what we normally call prayer. There are some profound implications if we look at prayer in terms of communicating with our beloved. We talk about that today.

APPLICATION: If Jesus is our lover, then prayer becomes the joyful and joy-filled time of sharing intimately with the object of our affections, the great love of our life. It now becomes a joy to communicate, and a passion to do so.

9/13/2009 – “Welcome Home”
